 A New Normal

image: normal? Here in Illinois, the coronavirus has me in my eighth week of working from home and we’re all in our seventh week of sheltering-in-place orders. We’re worshipping at home via screens and all the familiar church activities are cancelled. We’re leaving the house only when necessary and we’re grieving with those who have lost jobs, health, loved ones or all three. , , ,

For those of us who care about volunteerism in our churches, it’s time to think about the new normal.

 Let's Have a Conversation

While the covid pandemic affects different areas in different ways, we're all in uncharted waters. If you're serious about healthy church volunteerism, you're invitied to join me for an online meeting, via Zoom, on Thursday, May 21 at 1:00 pm Central Daylight time (2pm Eastern; 11am Pacific). We'll talk about the challenges we face and the opportunities we see. Contact me for more information.

 Some thoughts on that journey . . . .
