Good stuff: Settling for less?

Are You Settling for Less?

Do those of us who are employed by, or volunteering for, churches settle for less when it comes to our own needs? When we, or our ministry we lead, has a need, and there’s a price tag attached, do we figure we either pay for it ourselves or do without?

There’s certainly nothing wrong with spending our own money on ministry needs if we so desire and are able. But the writer of this post frames an interesting question: “. . . the work you do plays a big part in your program’s success. The next time you need something valuable and hesitate to ask for it . . . ask yourself why you would settle for less?”
